A Sales Administrator required to: Support sales staff in managing new and existing customers and increasing overall sales. Directly support sales staff by managing and closing out on all administrative aspects of customer orders. Further support sales staff by tracking orders through all stages from initial order to post delivery. Always follow up with customer post-delivery to report on customer feedback. The critical and essential aspects of the role are; Speed of response. Attention to detail. Excellent communicator. Working with the receptionist for continuous updating and completing of customer contact details within the Customer Relations Management System (CRM). Sales Objectives: To support sales staff to achieve Weekly, Monthly and Annual Sales Targets. To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at every stage of order process. Attention to Detail. Fully computer literate – all MS Office Software.

Skills Requirements
Excellent and confident on the telephone. Well organised with a speedy response and follow through. A natural interest in providing excellent customer service. Good written English for Customer Communication.
