Description

The role of the sales assistant will be to consult with customers in our shop, as well as book in and sign out devices to customers. Also, a successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency in the shop, and have a proven track record of excellent customer care in a retail environment. An interest in, and knowledge of electronics is preferred, as is experience in sales.Greeting and serving customers in line with company standards.Communicate effectively and confidently with customers, recommending products and repairs with 100% customer satisfaction.Ensure that high operational standards within the store are maintained in regards to displays and keeping the store clean and tidy.

Skills Requirements

To be considered for this role you must:Have previous experience in working in customer based sales or retail.Be friendly, outgoing and highly motivated. Have excellent customer service skills and strive to exceed customer expectations. The ability to work positively as part of a team but also show initiative.Have a passion for selling and the ability to reach targets.
