General Responsibilities; Make Outbound calls or answer Inbound calls from existing or potential customers. Maintain excellent knowledge of our portfolio of products and services in order to understand customers needs. You will be responsible for explaining and selling the services and solutions available to customers. Fulfill call-back requests within the appropriate time period. Achieve and exceed all sales targets. Any other duties that may be assigned to you by your team. Skills/Abilities/Experience Required; Previous sales/retention experience. Previous experience of working to targets is preferable. Friendly and professional telephone manner. Confident and enthusiastic. Maintain a strong level of knowledge of company procedures regarding the campaign to which you are assigned. Adhere to quality scripts and maintain a high level of quality scores. Represent the company in a positive and professional way at all times. Display a positive attitude and high level of commitment.

Skills Requirements

Skills/Abilities/Experience Required Previous sales/retention experience. Previous experience of working to targets is preferable Friendly and professional telephone manner Confident and enthusiastic Strong objection handling skills, confident, self motivated, competitive and assertive; Strong PC skills preferably with knowledge of in-house databases and MS Office; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Strong Negotiation skills.
