Pre-requisites for the role include a deep technical knowledge of investment funds, how they are managed and promoted, sound commercial business acumen, excellent relationship building skills, as well as the ability to manage and develop direct reports. Responsibilities: Production and delivery of focused product and marketing related collateral through traditional and on-line channels; Co-ordinating the inputs of various internal stakeholders, particularly with the asset management team in Dublin, to deliver professional collateral as outlined above; Project managing Distribution Support, Marketing and Client Servicing initiatives identifying KPIs for 3rd party service providers; Defining and managing the Distribution Support and marketing budgets for both the International Funds and Institutional businesses; Developing and managing the wholesale sales promoters (third party marketers) for institutionally focused boutique fund business, which is currently promoted in Europe.

Skills Requirements
Degree relevant discipline preferably also with an investment industry qualification. 7+ years industry experience. A creative person with the ability to question the status quo, to pursue innovative solutions, to solve problems and take advantage of opportunities. Strong Communications and interpersonal skills. Advanced levels of Word and PowerPoint. Fluent English; Fluency in Spanish, Italian or German is an advantage.
