Sales / Office Administrator – Cygnum Timber Frame Ltd – Co Cork

Description

Duties : Administration of quotation process including printing, scanning & filing of plans, server file management and issuing of quotations to customers. Updating sales pipeline management system. Preparation of monthly sales reports. Assisting marketing department with campaigns including trade shows. Point of contact and office support for sales team. Stationary & canteen consumables stock control, sourcing & ordering. Administration and distribution of outgoing and incoming post and packages. General reception and administration duties including phone answering and greeting & attending to company visitors. Booking travel, hotels and car hire. Additional duties as and when required. Skills : Business administration or secretarial qualification. Highly PC literate particularly MS Excel. Numerical ability and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Enthusiastic. Ability to work independently. Excellent organisational skills.
