Description
1. Support the Branch Manager when required. 2. General office management to include, dealing with all inbound calls and post. 3. Assist associates on a one to one basis as required. 4. Manage the checking, registration and submission of New Business to head office to ensure that application completion is to the highest standard. 5. Become competent using the following key systems. 6. Manage processes within the branch, engaging with associates where required. 7. Supporting the branch in achieving the individual associate and branch targets. Must be able to work as part of a team. 8. Take responsibility for preparation, collation and circulation of sales packs for the office. 9. Manage postal campaigns as required by associates in the branch. Liaise with the Compliance Team to ensure that the campaign is compliant when necessary. 10. The individual may be required to travel to Galway for Training purposes from time to time.
Skills Requirements
Candidates hold the QFA, APA accreditation or be grandfathered for Life, Pensions, Savings & Investment. Ideally the candidate will have a number of years experience working with sales teams in the financial services industry.
