Thanks to the support of our loyal customer base our aftersales business continues to grow and we are now recruiting for the position of an additional Service Advisor. Role: To be a key point of contact for Audi aftersales customers.Responsibilities: Manage all enquiries. Qualify service needs, establish understanding and agreement with the customer on any work required. Guide our service customers through all stages of repairs in line with company and brand requirements. Ensure all paperwork for retail and warranty work are processed in line with company and brand requirement. Key Competencies: Clear Communication: An ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, with customers and colleagues. Customer Focus: An ability to interact with customers in a professional manner and to identify and understand customer needs and how best to exceed these. Relationship Building: An ability to develop positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
