Description
Troubleshoot 3rd level systems-related problems reported by SAP partners via our web interface. Correctly evaluate the impact of reported issues on our clients business. Provide the best available solution or workaround within the agreed service levels. with Development & Field teams to identify bugs and missing product functionality. Document solutions to known issues and consulting questions (KnowledgeBase, Notes). Participate in the testing of new product releases. Prepare and delivering training and knowledge transfer on specific topics.
Skills Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or IT or equivalent work experience. Technical support experience in a database/windows/linux/application environment. Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in another language advantage. Good understanding of the business process/ERP solutions at small and medium business. Microsoft SQL Server and/or SAP HANA experience including DB admin tasks. Experience with MSSQL Profiler and Query language.
