Job Details:
Experienced B2B, Telesales Executive required in Mayo to work as part as an established sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Making outbound calls to dedicated client base.
• Proactively and professionally respond and manage all calls and queries.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Be professional and ethical at all times.
• Assist with email-shots and other marketing activity.

Requirements:
• At least two years telesales, telemarketing or customer service experience preferably B2B.
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (CRM software desirable).
• Proven track record of generating leads.
• A results orientated, determined attitude.
• Great relationship building and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
