Clubs & Societies Administrator – University of Limerick Students’ Union

Roles and responsibilities include:
Facilitating and resolving queries from members on a daily basis
Record keeping, meeting preparation and minute taking
Assisting with budget processing
Administer weekly spending, cheque processing, room bookings, vehicle bookings
Assisting with the organisation of key events throughout the year
Managing social media accounts and communications to members

Qualifications & Experience Required:
A 3rd level degree in a relevant discipline
Experience of working with students, preferably in a 3rd level environment
A proven track record of commitment to equality and diversity
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar environment.
An empathetic approach to listening, advising and problem solving.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Sage software
Experience of involvement with a Students’ Union or similar membership organisation is desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work flexibly, manage working time effectively and prioritise projects appropriately.
Full clean driving licence

This is a new full time position within the University of Limerick Students’ Union and will be offered on an initial 12 month contract. Salary scale €25,602 – €32,885
